I've been working with Jennifer for 7 months. I've lost 40 pounds, I'm stronger, and I feel so much better. Jennifer developed a strength training program that I can do despite my arthritis and another health issue. I like that she takes you where you are and helps you get to where you want to go - no judgement, very supportive.
Jennifer is a wonderful trainer. She's not at all intimidating but doesn't let you slack either. I have been working with her twice a week for nearly 6 months and I always look forward to our workouts. She incorporated TRX, HIIT, step, weights, body weight and pilates reformer into my training and I am loving the improvements in my strength and cardiovascular endurance. Our workouts have given me a positive attitude and keep me motivated to exercise outside of the studio as well.

I started working with Perez Personal Training in October after suffering debilitating back pain. They have helped me strengthen my body without injuring myself further. They are a group of 4 trainers and each has their own methods and benefits and varied schedules including weekends and evenings. Its nice to have variety in training. Having a trainer has helped keep me accountable for my health and I feel so so much stronger! My back no longer goes into spasm because other muscles actually help now!

Jennifer Perez's virtual Personal Training methods, previously via JoinMe, and now via 'Zoom', has given me, a very active young at heart 80 yr old woman, the satisfaction, knowledge and assurance that I will Meet & Exceed my "Balance & Strength" goals. As a pilates fitness instructor she is extremely knowledgeable; has the patience of a saint when you haven't quite got it right yet ;and, along the way praises you when you punch through or surpass a level of strength, balance or endurance. If you are having any difficulty due a physical problem or injury, she has another way to help you achieve that exercise. Exercising safely is first and foremost while she watches and coaches you. She also has a great sense of humor.. Fitness has always been a priority for me. I have had many fitness instructors in my lifetime, including the military, and I have to say, Jennifer Perez is on the top tier and the best physical fitness coach I've ever had. I've just begun with Jennifer and am pleased with her training. With my new TRX and her guidance, I'm starting an interesting conditioning workout. Looking forward to our continued time together.
I’ve been working with Jen for about 5 years, and it’s made an amazing impact on my life. A lifetime of obesity had left me with damaged knees, and she designed a workout routine around my limitations that allowed me to lose weight and let my knees heal. Today I’m much healthier, and I’ve gone from hating exercise to loving it and enjoying pushing my limits. She really is a miracle worker!
I started working with Jen about a year ago. I had just finished PT for cancer. My goal was to stand without falling. I have surpassed that goal and I’m now making new goals. I am so happy I found Jen. She has made my life so much better more physical and able to go places again. Jennifer is wonderful! She's like your good friend who also watches you workout! :) I have muscle strain/neck issues right now and she is helping me stay active and work my way back to health while conditioning in a safe way. She is really good at modifying and thinking on the spot. I've been with her for a little over a month and I am so glad I made the choice to invest in a trainer. I feel very lucky that Jennifer was who I went with, she makes everything very individualized to your body and what your specific needs are! :)
As a newly diagnosed older woman with Parkinson’s disease who had found in the research that vigorous exercise was essential for slowing down symptom progression, I was desperate to find a professional trainer who could help me increase my cardio workouts . I found the cardio challenge I needed and way more at Perez Personal Training. My trainer, Sabrina is highly skilled and knowledgeable in exercise physiology and how to help you achieve your best effort. She has an incredible understanding of how the aging process effects muscles and joints, how to lessen pain and increase strength and agility. My workouts consist of cardio exercises, weight Training and exercises to improve balance and fall prevention. In addition. Sabrina is compassionate and moves at just the right pace. I would highly recommend Perez Personal Training not only for individuals with Parkinson’s disease but for anyone who wants to maintain mobility and a healthy fit body as they age.

I’m beginning my Personal Trainer experience at 60. Jeremy has been my trainer for the first two sessions. Definitely worked with me, listened to what I want to achieve. In the end this is my goal and I’m excited about working with trainers who listen to what I need and then help to fulfill that goal. So far Jeremy, Heather have been great and I have an appointment with Jennifer. So far absolutely no disappointments!!!
I'm new to Perez and wasn't sure what to expect, however I am extremely impressed with the care & attention they have provided to ensure that I find the best trainer for me. Because of my age (80), I was afraid that regular zumba classes would be too difficult so I searched for an instructor who had worked with seniors and who would be willing to help me dance/exercise at home. Jennifer fit the bill perfectly. She chose music and choreography specifically for me and encouraged me every step of the way through my hour-long workouts. I would recommend her to other seniors who would like to improve their fitness level while having fun under the guidance of a pro.
Jennifer is terrific! She provides me with a full range of exercises which have been of great benefit to me, having worked as a graphic designer + at a computer for over 20 years now. She watches me with an eagle eye + immediately corrects any problematic body positions. And to top it off, she's a delightful human!

Jennifer is careful to create an exercise routine that will push you, but will not create problems with chronic pain. She watches your posture and corrects you to ensure that you are gaining the most benefit from your efforts. I highly recommend Jennifer's services!

I was unable to meet with her but she was extremely helpful in planning a schedule that would work for me. Unfortunately I was having severe hip pain on day we were going to meet so I had to cancel. She appears to be very qualified and commited to petsonal fitness!

Ive been working with Jennifer for about 5 years and its done WONDERS for both my physical health and mental well-being. When we started I was heavily overweight, so much so I had damaged my knees and had to wear knee braces. She found ways for me to exercise without putting pressure on my knees, and today Im much slimmer, my knees have healed and I love being able to walk around without pain or braces. She has added YEARS to my life, but whats more she has improved the quality of my life and given me confidence. People have actually started regularly complimenting me on being in good shape, which is shocking for someone who has been overweight most of my life! She is super knowledgeable and friendly, and has helped me change my whole outlook on exercise. Shes had a huge positive impact on my life, and I bet she could do the same for you!

When I started here a year ago, I was almost 100 pounds overweight and pre-diabetic. One year later, I've lost 40 pounds, my blood sugar is normal, and I feel great about myself, all while still being able to eat the foods I love! Perez Personal Training pushes me to my limits while still making it fun (and taking it easy on me when I need it). I can't recommend it enough!
Perez Personal Training is the best! I've been working with her on the Pilates reformer twice a week for about a year and a half. After decades of neglect and chronic lower back issues, I have gradually gotten my body back! No more painful "my back went out" episodes. Muscles again! I highly recommend her to anyone needing to get fit for a more functionally happy life!
